Lobeat collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service: your email address, display name, and the content you create within the app (games, journal entries, Secret Boxes, planner events). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your data is used exclusively to operate Lobeat — to sync your couple's shared space, deliver game results, and personalise your experience. Secret Box content is end-to-end encrypted and cannot be read by us.
Data is stored on Supabase infrastructure (EU region). We apply row-level security so each couple can only access their own data.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data.
